Please note the following before registering your school.

 
  • • Students must be in grade 8 or below and also under 14.5 years of age on the day of the competition.
  • • The exams will be given in English or Turkish, unless prior written arrangements are made with us.
  • • You are required to make available a classroom with internet connected computers. While students are taking the test, their screen and environment will be audio-video recorded for exam security. Exam computers must be equipped with audio and video capable webcams, and certain software must be installed.
  • • Testing instances without a proper recording are deemed invalid. No refund will be provided.
  • • Registration is done in two steps. First register your school on this page; then register your teams. Each team has 10 students; fewer than 10 may be registered at the price of one team.
Mock Test Requirement
All students are required to take the Mock Test. Student lists may be updated until the mock test.
The fee paid on this page is for school registration only. Once your participant list is ready, you will pay additional fees for student registration. These fees are posted below. The school registration fee is non-refundable.
The Organizer reserves the right to solely decide on exam irregularities and results. Test scores, audio-video recordings, and discretion may be used to evaluate any reported incident or ad-hoc investigation. By submitting this form you take responsibility for the security of the exam. Please follow the provided procedures to avoid cancellation of scores.

  • • Öğrenciler 8. sınıf veya altında olmalı ve yarışma günü 14,5 yaşın altında bulunmalıdır.
  • • Bizimle önceden yazılı bir düzenleme yapılmadıkça sınavlar İngilizce ve Türkçe uygulanacaktır.
  • • İnternete bağlı bilgisayarların bulunduğu bir sınıf sağlamanız gerekir. Sınav sırasında ekran ve yakın çevre sesli-görüntülü olarak kaydedilir. Bu nedenle sınav bilgisayarlarında ses ve görüntü aktarımı yapabilen web kameraları bulunmalıdır ve belirli ücretsiz yazılımlar kurulmalıdır.
  • • Uygun kaydı bulunmayan katılımlar geçersiz sayılır. İade yapılmaz.
  • • Kayıt iki adımda yapılır. Önce okulunuzu bu sayfadan kaydedersiniz; ardından takımlarınızı kaydedersiniz. Her takımda 10 öğrenci bulunur; 10’dan az öğrenci bir takım ücreti ödenerek kaydedilebilir.
Deneme Sınavı Zorunluluğu
Tüm öğrencilerin deneme sınavına katılması zorunludur. Listeler denemeye kadar güncellenebilir.
Bu sayfada ödenen ücret yalnızca okul kaydı içindir. Katılımcı öğrenci listeniz hazır olduğunda öğrenci kaydı için ek ücretler ödenir. Bu ücretller aşağıda belirtilmiştir. Okul kayıt ücreti iade edilmez.
Düzenleyici; sınav usulsüzlükleri ve sonuçları hakkında tek başına karar verebilir. Bildirilen olaylarda test puanları, ses-video kayıtları ve takdir yetkisi kullanılabilir. Bu formu göndererek sınav güvenliğinden sorumluluk aldığınızı kabul edersiniz. Prosedürlere uymamanız puanların iptaline yol açacaktır.
