Please note the following before registering your school.
- Students must be in grade 8 or below and also under 14.5 years of age on the day of the competition.
- The exams will be given in English or Turkish, unless prior written arrangements are made with us.
- You are required to make available a classroom with internet connected computers. While students are taking the test, their screen, and environment will have to be audio-video taped for security of the exam. Hence, exam computers must be equipped with audio and video capable webcams for this procedure. For the same reason, certain software must be installed on the testing computers.
- Testing instances without a proper recording are going to be deemed invalid. No refund will be provided for such cases.
- Registration is done in two steps. First you register your school on this page. Then you get instructions on how to register for your teams. Each team of an exam has 10 students. Less than 10 students may be registered at the price of one team.
- Student registration fees are as follows:
- Up to 1 team: $75.00
- Up to 2 teams: $100.00
- Up to 3 teams: $125.00
- Up to 4 teams: $150.00
- Up to 5 teams: $175.00
- Up to 6 teams: $200.00
- 7 - 10 teams: $250.00
- More than 10 teams: Please contact us before registering.
- All students are required to take the Mock Test on Friday, January 12, 8 am (GMT+1). Student lists may be updated up until the mock test.
- Registration is done in TWO STEPS. First step is to register your school through this page. Then you announce the exam at your school and form the school competition teams. Middle school student will enjoy competing with each other's team. At the second step, when your contestant list is finalized you register for your teams of students. Each team of an exam has 10 or fewer students. Less than 10 students may be registered as a team by paying one team fee.
- The fee paid on this page is for school registration only. Once you have your participating student list ready, you will pay additional fees for student registration. The school registration fee is non-refundable.
The Organizer reserves the right to solely decide on exam irregularities and results. Test scores, audio-video recordings, and discretion may be used to evaluate any reported incident or ad-hoc investigation. By submitting this form you take the responsibility for the security of the exam. Please strictly follow the provided procedures in order to avoid cancellation of your exam scores.
